Order Cancellation by You Orders can only be cancelled by the customer before they have been Picked and ready to be shipped, If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at help@vibratemax.com If the order has already been processed or shipped, you must follow our standard Refund and Return Policy.
4.3. Order Cancellation by Us We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. This may occur if a product is out of stock, if a pricing error is found, or if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a credit to your original payment method for the full amount.
